Additional regions may be added based on customer demand. • We use USPS regular or priority mail to ship all orders, and all orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

WHAT ARE OUR ORDER PROCESSING AND PROCESSING GUIDELINES?• We aim to deliver all orders within 1 – 3 working days of your order being processed, depending on destination and type of shipping used • All products on our website are subject to availability and payment must be received before your order is processed. We make every effort to ensure that all items listed on our website are in stock and available for purchase. • If the products you have ordered are out of stock, a member of our team will contact you to discuss alternative options. We will also contact you if we require additional identification for credit card verification.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?For any changes to your order, please Contact US as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel your order or make changes. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?• Delivery time will depend on the availability of your items, order processing time, order quantity, and the region you live in. Actual delivery dates may vary. • Once you have placed your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website. Please note that it may take up to 12 hours before the tracking number can be updated online.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please Contact Us with all orders information, including photographic proof of the issue experienced with the Product(s). We will do our best to work with you to resolve your concerns. • At Beauty Blisss, we are committed to providing our customers with the best products possible. That's why we employ several quality checks before a product is shipped. We carefully inspect each item for defects and ensure that all ingredients meet our high standards of quality. Additionally, we only source products from reputable suppliers to ensure that our customers receive the best products available. • If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a free exchange with a new one. • We understand that receiving a damaged/wrong product can be frustrating and we apologize for the inconvenience. If you receive a damaged/wrong product, please contact us immediately at CustomerCare@BeautyBlisss.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We will ship you the desired product after you notify us of the damaged/wrong products, including photographic proof and any other additional information requested.
